Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom development
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and Gutenberg
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Write clean, testable code following SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and technical debt (e.g., refactoring legacy code, improving database queries)
Provide insights and recommendations on architectural improvements, tools, and processes
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system inefficiencies to ensure robust and maintainable solutions
